Welcome to Dance Designs Online Registration! Please fill out this form & submit to our office for review. We do require payment in order to hold a spot in any class(es). There is a one time registration fee of $ 30 (single) / $50 (family) per dance year. PLEASE NOTE: Space in class will only be held WITH payment (of first month tuition minimum) as deposit. *If you already have an account with us please do not create a new account but log in to our parent portal instead*
