Having trouble?   Reset Password

After you are enrolled in a class, you will be able to use the Customer Portal. You will create a Customer Portal account by entering the email address you provided at registration time and clicking the button that says “I don’t have or don’t know my password.” A temporary password will then be emailed to you. Use that to log in to your account. From there you can change your password–just make sure it has a minimum of 8 characters, 1 of which must be a number. Watch this quick video.
