Enroll ONLINE for Preschool and all Girls level 1 and Boys classes for school year. Email annettem@metrogymnastics.com or call our office 503-620-8939 to enroll for level 2,3,4 Girls Rec. Dance classes enroll online, except for teacher placement classes. To change days/times, we can do that for you, providing there is room. This form is also required for Booking Birthday Parties at Metro.
