The parent portal requires credit card information to complete accounts, but cards are not automatically charged. When you enroll in a service the typical fee will post. TCG will receive the enrollment & adjust applicable fees for any discounts before collecting payment. Cards are typically charged within 24 hours. There are no fees for joining waiting list
