Each student gets 16 absences per year that can be eligible for makeup classes -------- Absences must be scheduled with prior day notice to be eligible for a makeup class ---------- We allow 8 “same day absences” per year which are still eligible for a makeup class (i.e. child wakes up sick, etc.) ---------- Makeup classes must be used within 60 days of absence and while actively enrolled (cannot be used in place of enrollment) --------- 30 day written notice required for unenrollment
