If you are having difficulty with accessing your portal. First, have you changed your email address (which is your login) since you registered? If so, email email@example.com to change that in your account so you can login. You can then request another temporary password by clicking on "I don't know my password" link. If you are not getting the temporary password email check your "junk mail" folder. COPY (Control "c") your password from the email and PASTE (Control "p") into the login screen.
