Adult Improvisational Acting is an engaging class designed for adults of all experience levels to explore the world of improv. Through a variety of games and exercises, students will strengthen their creativity, spontaneity, and collaboration skills, while learning to trust their instincts and react authentically in the moment. This class is a fun, supportive environment where adults can build confidence, enhance their communication skills, and enjoy the freedom of unscripted performance.

Adult Adv. Beg. Tap is designed for adults (ages 16 and up) who have some prior tap experience and are ready to challenge themselves with more complex rhythms and choreography. Students will focus on refining their technique, improving timing, and mastering faster footwork while learning dynamic combinations and routines. This class offers a supportive environment for adults to build confidence, improve musicality, and take their tap skills to the next level, all while having fun and staying active! Adult Adv. Beg. Ballet is a 1.5 hour class for adults who have some prior ballet experience and are looking to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of classical ballet. Students will focus on improving strength, flexibility, and posture through barre exercises, center work, and combinations, while developing a greater sense of artistry and musicality. This class provides a supportive and challenging environment for adults to continue building their ballet skills and push themselves at their own pace. Modifications are available for true beginners through intermediate level dancers.

This class will be taught at an open advanced beginner level for adult students. Class includes warm up, barre work, ballet technique, and work in the center and across the floor. Modifications are available for true beginners through intermediate level dancers.

Adult Line Dance Mini-Session is a fun and energetic class designed for adults ages 18 and older, perfect for anyone looking to stay active and learn popular line dance routines. Students will learn a variety of line dances set to different genres of music, from country to pop, while improving coordination, rhythm, and fitness. This class offers a supportive and social environment, where participants can have fun, build confidence, and enjoy dancing with others at their own pace. Cowboy boots are recommended, but any closed-toe shoe with full back is welcome. Add a cowboy hat, fringe, and rhinestones for extra fun!
