This course is a beginner/intermediate introduction to musical theatre for ages 7-12. Students will gain an appreciation for musical theatre and dive into concepts focusing on characterization and the fundamentals of acting through voice, movement and storytelling activities. Class attire is anything the student is able to move comfortably and actively in. The end of the semester will be a culmination of the work done in class in the form of a devised theatrical production that the students will collaborate on & assist in writing themselves!
