Cheerleading routines can include a variety of elements, such as: Chanting: Repeating words or phrases to engage the crowd, Cheers: Vocal expressions of support for a team, Dance: Sharp movements, jumps, stunts, and dynamic choreography, basic tumble.stunting and learning various jumps.
