Our Jump Training program is designed to help athletes improve flexibility, strength, technique, body control, and overall jump performance throughout the summer.
Athletes registered in this program will receive an unlimited training pass, allowing them to attend any available sessions throughout the summer. Athletes are encouraged to attend as many classes as they would like each week based on their schedule, goals, and training needs.

Get excited to jump into the world of Cheerleading! If you are new to our sport and want to learn some skills and have some fun while making new friends this is a great class for you!
Appropriate cheerleading or soft-soled indoor shoes will be required. Athetes will receive a t-shirt as part of their registration.
