Register Petite Acro Acro class is a great class for students to increase agility, flexibility, and strength. During a typical acro class, students explore the concepts of flexibility, balance, muscle control, strength, discipline, and coordination. With progression, students will move on to more difficult skills such as back & front walkovers, aerials and handsprings, just to name a few. As each student progresses, contortion elements will be incorporated as well. Tumbling skills will be combined with basic dance movements to create fun and energizing acrobatic routines.
