Acro class is a great class for students to increase agility, flexibility, and strength. During a typical acro class, students explore the concepts of flexibility, balance, muscle control, strength, discipline, and coordination. They will learn such things as handstands, chest stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, and other contortion tricks.

Students will learn basic tumbling skills such as forward & backward rolls, straddle rolls, backbends, cartwheels, round-offs and handstands. With progression, students will move on to more difficult skills such as back & front walkovers, aerials and handsprings, just to name a few. As each student progresses, contortion elements will be incorporated as well. Tumbling skills will be combined with basic dance movements to create fun and energizing acrobatic routines. Every class will have a full-body stretch & conditioning, at the beginning and end of each class.
