The Progressive Ballet and Pointe Program is by invitation only for dancers who exhibit strong technique and commitment to their training. Progressive students are required to take two ballet classes AND one support class per week ( 4 hours total), as well as make up any classes that they miss throughout the year. Progressive students typically perform in our Winter Concert and Spring Concert. Prerequisite: Instructor approval based on technique and readiness. Dancers coming to Dance Etc. from other dance schools must schedule an evaluation before registering in this level.

Step into the world of refined ballet technique and artistry with our Ballet Level 3/4 class. Geared towards intermediate dancers, this class builds upon your foundation and challenges you to reach new heights of skill and expression. Through intricate combinations at the barre and center, you'll hone your precision, coordination, and musicality. As you work on more complex movements, jumps and turns, you'll also delve into the emotional storytelling aspect of ballet, allowing your passion for dance to shine through every movement. Prerequisite: Students must have completed at least 2 years of ballet. Students are required to enroll in either the support series OR Ballet 3/4 Master Class. If you are new to Dance Etc. Students in ballet 3/4 are REQUIRED to take the Master Class or the Support Series Class. Taking both the MC and Strength and Conditioning are highly recommended for students wishing to work towards going En Pointe and joining our Progressive Ballet Program. Students may be evaluated for ballet 3/4. Please contact the registrar to schedule an evaluation.
