Register Ballet I - Anisah This class introduced your dancer to the beautiful art of ballet! This class will enhance your child's coordination, balance and flexibility with the teaching of basic ballet steps, positions and be introduced to terminology through standing barre work and simple center floor exercises. Register Jazz 1 - Danielle Dean The student will be introduced to the fundamentals of basic jazz dance: including turns, steps and basic kicks. Initial emphasis is on posture and coordination as well as dance positions. Focus will be on balance and flexibility. The student will be introduced to a variety of music and dance styles, basic footwork and dance sequences. A completed dance in a chosen style will be taught and presented for end of the semester. We emphasize posture and coordination as well as dance positions. Students will gain confidence while developing greater balance, flexibility and strength. Register Musical Theater Musical Theater dance is a theatrical dance style that includes dancing, singing and acting to songs from popular Broadway musicals. Students will learn basics of acting, character development while dancing, and using movement to tell a story. Students will also receive lessons in song, voice and stage vocal projection.
