The prerequisite for Pre-Pointe 1 Company class is at least 2 years of ballet experience and at least 10 years old, as well as it requires instructor approval. This class uses a curriculum that focuses primarily on lower body strength, core stability, flexibility, and foot articulation which is foundational for pointe work.
Pre-Pointe students will learn about physiology and technique, safe practices, and how to advance toward demi-pointe shoes.
This is a performance class.

This 6-week summer series is designed for Beginning Pointe 1 students. Prerequisite is at least 2 years of ballet experience and at least 12 years old with instructor approval. This class uses a curriculum that focuses primarily on lower body strength, core stability, flexibility, and foot articulation which is foundational for pointe work.
Pointe students will receive a primer packet notebook and will work through information on physiology and technique, safe practices, and how to sew and care for their demi-pointe shoes. Pointe students will attend a shoe fitting with instructors before class, which will be scheduled as a group by the instructor based on group availability.
This class is foundational and must be taken during the summer.

Pointe 2 and 3 is available by instructor approval only. The class will include the Progressing Ballet Technique to learn to activate and train muscle memory to enhance each student's ballet technique to the fullest. Pointe 2 will follow a Cecchetti method of ballet curriculum that builds on foundational principles over the year to develop safe practices and stronger techniques emphasizing advanced elements of ballet.
This is a performance class.
