A 30 minute acro class for students 3-5 years old. In Kinder Acro we work to learn acro basics like table tops, handstands at the wall, forward rolls, etc. while also expanding our body awareness. In this class, we incorporate lots of music and games for our littles, as they learn how to participate in a group class setting! No experience necessary to register!

A 45 minute class that focuses on introductory acro skills. Acro dance (or “acro” for short) is basically gymnastics for dancers, twirlers, etc. Open to any age 5+, but most appropriate for students 5-12 years old. This class focuses on acro foundation skills like bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and basic headstands. This is a perfect class to get students ready for Level 1 Acro for the upcoming year.
