How do you use improvisation to create sketch material? In this intensive Andel will draw on her deep well of experience as an actor, writer and director to give you a hands-on experience of what it is like to be in an expedited process, work collaboratively and put up a show. You will learn a brief history, practical application and tools you can use to create sketch material from improvisation again and again whether you are alone or with a group. This workshop is geared to elevate your game while being absolutely accessible and giving you the experience of being an actor, writer, editor and improviser all rolled into one. And it will be fun! About the Instructor: Andel Sudik is a director, improviser, actor and writer based in L.A. and Chicago known for her explosive energy onstage and in the classroom as well as her experiential teaching style.
