Enroll Bellingham Progressing Ballet Technique-Advanced, Wed. 4pm "Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best. One of the important elements used in the PBT method is muscle memory which helps to improve students' understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment. Each exercise in the PBT program has been developed with care and guidance by Marie Walton-Mahon along with a team of physiotherapists." The teachers at DFJ who teach our PBT classes have all gone through training to obtain their Progressing Ballet Technique Certification. Wed 4:00pm-5:00pm 10 & up 4

Enroll Bellingham Variations, Thurs. 7:30pm Variations is a class where pointe students learn classical ballet variations from a variety of ballets. It is a great way to increase strength as a pointe dancer and also develop artistic skills as a ballet dancer. Students who are not on pointe but are in Ballet 3 or higher may take this class as well. Thu 7:30pm-8:30pm 10 & up 11
