Athletes will learn to use their voice and self-expression to convey sideline chants or their competitive voice. Athletes will learn body positions, muscle memory, and confidence to perform Cheer skills. All stunts will be at ground level or below. Most of all Athletes will learn to show their confidence, by learning to be proud of who they are and what they are doing.
