New to Pointe Summer Intensive
Stay on point for summer! Dancing en pointe requires many hours of practice at the barre before even entering center floor. New pointe dancers will get extra technique and pointe experience. Each class during our New to Pointe Summer Intensive will include 1.5 hours of ballet technique in addition to 1 hour of pointe.

Our New to Ballet session runs for 8 weeks and does not participate in the Spring Recital. Class time is Wednesday 5:45pm - 6:30pm with a one-time tuition fee of $160. There is no Registration fee or ballet uniform. This class is designed for young dancers ages 3.5 - 6 years.
Dancers are introduced to musicality, fundamental ballet positions, proper posture and alignment, and correct technique for building a strong ballet foundation. Young dancers learn how to listen, follow directions, and move their bodies to different tempos of music. They explore movement, stretching, and creative expression while using their imaginations.
