Register Divas 2 Ballet/Lyrical An introduction to ballet with beginning development of ballet concepts including turn out, coordination, spatial awareness and a specific focus on class etiquette. Students will begin positions of the feet, and introductory movement vocabulary. As well as, an introduction to fluid lyrical movement with basic techniques and skills from ballet, jazz and modern. Register Divas 2 Tap/Jazz This class will be a combination of tap and jazz technique. Tap class is designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. In Jazz class, dancers will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns.
