Register A Positive Note (Ages 14 - Adult) A Positive Note meets every weekend to sing, move, dance, and explore music and theater in an accessible and joyful way! APN is a study in basic music theory and instrument exploration for students with special needs. The foundation of APN is Recreational Music Making (RMM), which refers to playing musical instruments alone or in a group without the pressure of mastery or performance. The experience of making music is the only objective. Students are introduced to drums, keyboards, ukuleles, and other instruments in an accessible, enjoyable way, promoting social, cognitive, and creative engagement. Register Summer A Positive Note Camp The summer "A Positive Note" program (APN) is a five-day study in basic music theory and instrument exploration for students with special needs. Students are introduced to music-making with drums, ukuleles, and other instruments in an accessible, enjoyable way, promoting fun social, cognitive, and creative engagement. Join us as we learn a deeper appreciation for music as an inclusive community. The week culminates in a short performance for families. This program is designed for ages 14 through young adults.
