Cheerfundamentals is our Cheer 101 Class! It covers everything from intro to Jumps, Tumbling and Dance! Athletes will practice once a week for 6 weeks! The session will be closed out with a performance of all skills/routine learned. The class fee includes a top and bottom for the performance.
Sunday 1-2 and Wednesday 6-7.

This class will work on the athlete's Flexibility, Motions, Technique and Strength to build better jumps with great height and excellent form! This class will work diligently on extensions, stretching, power and jump lines.
This class is included in full season tuition as well as Unlimited Tumbling.

Toddlers love to tumble too! This tumble class is ideal for athletes ages 3 - 5 years old. They will learn the basics of stretching and tumbling from one of our tumbling instructors in an environment created just for them.
Class will be held each Sunday 10a - 10:45am.
Please make note that athletes must be potty trained and able to use the restroom on their own.

Join us for our Camp Stars summer camp at CAO South!
This camp is suitable for children ages 5 - 12 years old. Your Star will enjoy cheer, tumble, dance, field trips and more!
Camp days are Monday - Friday 9a - 3p. Early drop off and late pick up are available for an additional fee. Stars will have access to snacks daily all they'll need to bring is lunch and water bottles.
Costs: $125 weekly for CAO members
$175 weekly for Non-CAO members
