This intensive is for dancers who are looking to work on strength, flexibility, and stamina and who want to learn to condition effectively and become stronger athletes! The intensive will focus on improving muscle strength and teach methods to jump and leap higher, and improve core strength, flexibility and lengthening of muscles through pilates based training. Intensive will focus on exercises to improve leg extensions, back extensions, foot pointing, ankle-foot stability, and strength & carriage of the arms. Dancers will utilize elastic bands, bosu balls, weights, and other equipment as well as learn a repertoire of mat pilates based exercises.
Dress Code: dancers should wear comfortable leggings or shorts and bring all dance shoes daily.

Junior High (ages 9-13) | this camp is for dancers who want to focus on pom and jazz technique and learn a variety of pom/ song material! Camp is open to dancers preparing for junior high or high school and provides the necessary training, support and guidance for dancers interested in leveling up after high school to college/pro dance team opportunities. Focus is on improving technical skills, enhancing performance quality, and learning college/pro dance style of choreography.
