Curious about aerial arts? This class is the perfect starting point for adults of all fitness levels! Explore the fundamentals of aerial silks in supportive and fun environment. You’ll learn basic techniques, build strength, improve flexibility, and gain confidence as you take to the air.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your sense of adventure! Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of your knees.

Want to start your aerial journey?! This is a class for you! No experience needed. This prerequisite gives the student the basics of aerial such as foot locks, basic climb, silks entry, and basic tricks. When your student is ready and the instructor has determined that they can move up, you, at that time, can choose one of our other weekly Aerial 1 classes.

Intro to Hybrid (Silks, Lyra, Sling) - Mon at 6:00pm - June 2nd
|
This program introduces kids to the basics of lyra (aerial hoop) and static trapeze in a safe and fun environment. Participants will learn foundational skills, improve strength and flexibility, and develop confidence in the air. Each week builds on the previous one, with opportunities to explore creative movement and choreography. By the end of the program, students will have a short routine to share with family and friends during a showcase.
Age Group:
Recommended for kids aged 7–12 years.
