Shotokan teaches:
Karate for self defense.

Building on the core elements learned in Ninja 1, continue learning new skills and combining skills over everyday objects to build physical strength, coordination, problem solving, risk assessment, and most importantly, safe landings and how to crash, roll and defer body impact. Twice the fun of Ninja 1!!
Please make sure to wear thin soled shoes - ideally Walmart brand Warrior, or on Amazon Feiyue - (whatever is less expensive). Both are good, shoes, Feiyue is a favorite.
