This class is a combination of deep stretching, body conditioning and advanced gymnastic "tricks"every dancer wants to learn.. It will be heavy in cardio to increase endurance for the dancer. The class includes several arms, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for improving dance skills! Stretching may not always be easy, but we will make this process fun and effective!
