In this class we will be working tumbling skills more targeted to use within dance routines. That includes, chin stands, Valdez, aerials both sides and front, back/Front handsprings, partner tricks, balance, flexibility, and Ambidexterity. We will also be learning how to use fluidity to transition between skills and control of different muscles.
Requirements:
• Front walkover with perfect technique
• Back walkover with perfect technique
• Right and Left Cartwheel with perfect technique
