Register TT12:30 Tuesday Cheer (MS / HS ~ All Levels ~ Tumble / Jump / Strength / Flexibility) This class is designed for the Middle School and/or High School aged Cheerleader at heart. Athletes will work on Strength & Flexibility to help their cheer skills progress, as well as, Tumbling for all levels. Jump drills will be incorporated and athletes will also have an open time to work on skills & progressions to help advance their individual goals.
