Get in the Groove is a dance aerobic fitness class that combines dance movement with low impact aerobic exercises. You will be taught short dance routines that are easy to follow and are designed to raise the heart rate. This dance aerobics workout will include different styles of music and dance steps to add fun and enjoyment to your exercise routine. Please bring supportive sneakers or jazz shoes to change into upon arrival to protect our floating floor. Workout attire required. $45/weeks/monthly payment

Mat Pilates is a full body workout that can be done on a mat on the floor, using gravity and your body’s own resistance. The class focuses on core stability, body alignment, breathing, and flexibility. The exercises cover all core powerhouse muscle groups, such as abdominals, lower back, shoulders, thighs and glutarals. This fusion class may use small props, such as foam rollers, the magic circle, balls or weights. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. The six primary principles in every Mat Pilates workouts are: control, center, concentration, precision, breathing and flow. Class begins with warm-up exercises, then shifts to seated poses and ends with relaxation and restorative moves.
