Tap/Ballet Combination focuses on learning basic technique in a fun & friendly environment. In Tap, students will learn basic Tap technique through music theory and creating rhythms with your feet. In Ballet, students will learn basic classical Ballet technique while using their grace and precision.

Ballet includes barre exercises, center floor work, and across-the-floor combinations. Students will learn classical ballet techniques and terminology based on a combination of the French, Vaganova and Cicchetti methods. This class stresses body placement, flexibility, and fluidity, which allows your dancer to reach a level of artistry unmatched by other styles of dance.

Tap is all about rhythm, style and sound. Students learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap, while developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds and having fun. Tap builds concentration, coordination, rhythm, speed, dexterity and offers a broad knowledge of the classical style as well as contemporary and rhythm tap technique.
