The WIDC Hyper Flex Flyer class is designed for cheer flyers aiming to refine their flexibility, balance, and strength for Novice to Elite-level stunts. This class focuses on techniques tailored to enhance flyer flexibility, including extreme stretching and specialized conditioning exercises. Participants will work on achieving hyper flexibility in crucial areas for flyer positions, such as splits, scorpions, and other advanced stretches. Emphasis will also be placed on core stability, body control, and injury prevention techniques specific to flyer roles. Ideal for athletes committed to pushing their limits and achieving peak performance in competitive cheerleading.
