Register STAGE MAKEUP 101 This introductory course covers the basic principles and techniques of theatre makeup. Students will learn how to basic corrective makeup design and explore concepts of facial structure, aging, how to match skin tone, proper use of highlight and shadow, blending, safety, and hygiene. Register AUDITIONING 101 Brush up on your audition work with this workshop geared for older students and adults! Perfect for both the new actor and the experienced thespian, this workshop is an opportunity to introduce new skills and techniques as well as improve upon your current skill set. You will learn how to prep for an audition, audition etiquette, how to slate and write a performance resume, and practice cold reads. The workshop will culminate in a "mock audition" in front of the class and a Q&A section. Register INTRO TO VIEWPOINTS Beneficial to those who have any level of acting interest or experience. An introduction/exploration to Anne Bogart's View Points, an embodied way of exploring plays and stories as well as the actor's physical self. While we will introduce some ensemble building elements, this intro will be focused on the parts of the methodology that focus on the development of the individual actor and exploration of a stories and themes.
