This class is Invite Only for our Senior Dance Company. This class is designed to give dancers a well-rounded experience of modern and ballet based technique, movement, body isolations & floor barre work. A necessary component for intermediate to advanced level dancers overall dance education. Classes are structured in the traditional modern class format starting with a warm up followed by floor combination and traveling across the floor, center and a combination.

This class must be taken in conjunction with Ballet Intermediate I, II, Ballet Youth or Ballet Advanced class.The pointe and variation class provides students with the opportunity to use all the muscles of the body to rise up on pointe. The training on pointe begins at the barre where the elementary movements are executed on both feet. As a student develops muscularly, movements involve shifting of weight, going from two feet to one foot. Having mastered this training the student can then start learning the balances, turns and jumps required to formulate a well rounded dancer.
