We offer recreational and accelerated acro classes using the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus. These acrobatics classes range from 45 minutes per week to 1 hour per week. Students in recreational classes and accelerated acro classes learn choreography pieces for the year-end recital in their technique class. Students may participate in exams pending recommendation by our certified instructor. Acro class includes flexibility, strength, cross-training, basic dance technique, tumbling, and contortionist movement training.

This dance style combines classical ballet techniques with fluid movements and tricks such as cartwheels, aerials, handsprings, backbends, and splits. It is a physically demanding style that requires you to build great strength, control, and flexibility.
