Register AcroDance Lvl 2 Acro combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatic elements. AcroDance classes include flexibility, balancing and conditioning exercises, mixed with gymnastic elements, to create strong and versatile dancers. Our program is based on safe and effective progressions of AcroDance: flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling. Hybrid classes available. Hybrid classes mean dancers can attend class at home via zoom with dancers in the studio. Please note in the comments section if your child will be joining us via zoom this season. Register AcroDance Lvl 3/4 2020-2021 This dance style combines classical ballet techniques with fluid movements and tricks such as cartwheels, aerials, handsprings, backbends, and splits. It is a physically demanding style that requires you to build great strength, control, and flexibility. Accomplished dancers move gracefully from one trick to the next, incorporating dance techniques between each one. This is different from the isolated movements of a gymnastic floor exercise. In true acro dance, the dancing portion comprises more of the performance than the acrobatic moves. Thu 4:00pm-5:00pm All 8 & up 4 01/04/2021 06/30/2021 2020-2021 70.00
