Register Adult Tap Feb-May 2024 Tap dance for adults age 18 and older. Performance in the recital optional. We will learn a routine meant to be performed in the recital June 1 at SJHS. Recital is Not required to participate in the class. Costume purchase would be required to be in recital. After registration, you will be invited to our BAND app group where we share practice videos. The costume will be posted there. You are not registered for the recital until we purchase the costumes. $80 due by March 1st. Dress code: whatever makes you feel good and tap shoes. Register Wed Combo 1-2 Multi style class for ages 5-9. This class gives the dancer a taste of several styles. Register Mon Baton 2-3 Baton twirling for the beginner or intermediate student. A single, weighted, professional baton is required. No toy batons. Some twirls learned include, flat, figure eight, time toss, spiral, body passes, and more. Potential of using double batons or hoops in second half of season. Register Wed Tumbling 3 Tumbling for students that can already do a standing backbend and STAND up or are extremely close. This class works on strengthening limbers, walkovers, and front handsprings, and begins the process of working on more difficult tricks. Including back handsprings.
