This 75 minute class is for the experienced gymnast who wants to be challenged and this class will give them the necessary tools for taking their gymnastics to the next level. Pre-requisite: *Students must have 4 full years of continuous gymnastics experience OR *pullover on bars, * a handstand on beam, * back-walkover *working a back-handspring. Many students from our Gym Girls classes graduate onto our Xcel or STARS Teams! Enrollment for this class is by teacher recommendation or evaluation only.
