A great introduction to tap and ballet for the student who would like to learn both dance forms. We are combining tap skills and dance techniques teaching rhythm, timing and precision with exciting music, and ballet instruction to instill poise, grace, body carriage and flexibility. The ballet portion of class concentrates on technique taught at the ballet barre, centre floor, floor progressions, jumps and turns. Students will learn and perform two recital dances at the end of the year, This class will also require purchase of two separate recital costumes.
