  Fall25 Tap Juniors - Tue 4:15pm Tap Juniors: ages 5 to 7 - This class introduces tap terminology and follows a traditional beginning tap class format, but in a simpler, more nurturing format. It includes warm-up, basic tap steps, center movement, simple choreography, and free dance time. Class runs 45 minutes. Dress Code: Solid black leotard or skirted leotard, pink ballet tights, black mary-jane or oxford tap shoes. Optional: black dance shorts, black leggings.   Fall25 Tap Basics A (N,R) - Tue 6pm Tap Basics: ages 8+ - Good for new or newly promoted dancers that desire to learn beginning tap technique. This class is for introducing/reviewing the exercises and etiquette of a traditional beginning tap class combined with basic musicality/rhythm patterns. Dancers will learn how to combine tap technique, rhythms, and patterns with choreography to demonstrate skills. This class will prepare dancers for Tap Basics B. Dress Code: Solid black leotard, black dance shorts or black leggings. Black jazz shoes. Optional: Black t-shirt. This class is for introducing/reviewing the exercises and etiquette of a traditional beginning tap class combined with basic musicality/rhythm patterns. Dancers will learn how to combine tap technique, rhythms, and patterns with choreography to demonstrate skills. This class will run faster than Tap Basics A and will prepare dancers for Tap 1.
