Does your child have that spark? Do they want nothing more than to someday be an athlete on our competitive gymnastics team program. Well this is the perfect class for you! This is the entry level class into our competitive program for gymnasts that have not yet been invited onto the pre-team. In this class, gymnasts train 1.5 hours, once a week. The focus will be on having the athletes maintain a tight body position and have good body control through a variety of assisted skills and drills. Attention will also be given to your presentation, a very important aspect for competitive gymnastics. Strength and flexibility work will also be incorporated into this class to better prepare your child for our competitive program.
