Register | Intermediate Girls: Ages 7-12 yrs. | Intermediate Girls teaches round-offs, back bend, kick-over and introduction to walkovers. Bars focus on back-hip circle, shoot-through and mill circle. Beam leaps, jumps and turns as well as handstand and cartwheels on the floor and low beams. This is equivalent to Girls level 2 Team. Girls in this class can train skills needed to join our cheer or gymnastics team programs.
