Gymnasts work at a challenging pace to build strength, increase flexibility, and perform advanced skills. To be eligible for TCG Squad, students must successfully move through levels 1-4, have certain high-level skills, and demonstrate strong motivation and work ethic. A coach invitation is required to be considered for TCG Squad.
