Welcome to Austin School of Classical Ballet! Please complete the following registration form (one completed form per each individual student), before your first class of the month. NEW students will also pay the $52 enrollment fee. To choose your payment method (required), scroll to the bottom of the page to Payment Information, and select from the "e-Payments" drop down menu. Remember that to avoid a late fee, all payments are due by the 5th of the month.
