Additional Information:

Waiver
The registered student releases and discharges Studio Dance arts, faculty and staff from any and all actions, causes of action, for damage, loss or injury, arising which may be sustained by me/child in consequences of my membership in the school. I also agree that Studio Dance Arts shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft of the applicant's personal possessions. All students enrolled at Studio Dance Arts agree to abide by all studio policies set forth by the director of the school. Failure to comply with all rules and regulations could result in possible dismissal from Studio Dance Arts. Studio Dance Arts reserves the right to refuse admittance to any student in non-compliance with studio policies. To be determined at the discretion of the director of Studio Dance Arts. The student by virtue of enrolling at Studio Dance Arts give their permission and consent to the director of Studio Dance Arts to use their images or photographs or appear on videos, television or any other form of media for advertising, news coverage or any other commercial use of Studio Dance Arts.

Tuition & Fees
EARLY BIRD Rate (before May 1st)
* Morning Extended Hours (8:00-9:00am): $35 ($45 after deadline)
* CAMP (9:00-4:00pm): $150 ($200 after deadline)
* Evening Extended Hours (4:00-5:00pm): $35 ($45 after deadline)
Please add 5% GST (before July 1st). Add 13% HST, starting July 1st.
FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 1st

Policies
The following policies apply:
1. Camp hours are from 9:00am-4:00pm daily (Monday-Friday) for each session
2. Additional Extended Hour fees apply for parents needing earlier drop-off or later pick-up times
3. SDA reserves the right to cancel a session due to low enrollment up to June 1st
4. Participants canceling after July 1st will receive a refund (minus a 50% Cancellation Fee)

2. Session & Extended Hours: Specify which session you are registering for & if you will need any Extended Hours
