| USAG Pre Team Pre-Developmental Girls Gymnastics 2025 - 2026 | PRE TEAM is designed for girls ages 5-7 years old with a predetermined talent for competitive teams. Your child may be either physically fit, built like a gymnast, extremely disciplined, or may just be a wild child that has a true heart or talent for gymnastics! These are children that are still very young but maybe more advanced than a regular level 1 recreation class. PRE TEAM athletes show body composition, gymnastics talents and discipline needed to focus in a competitive environment in the future. These children are still coached in a young, creative and energetic style yet pushed a little harder than the average athlete. Practice is recommended twice per week but one day is totally acceptable. The Developmental program can lead to competition within one to two years, if applicable. Class ratio 8-1.
